    This clinic is a misunderstanding, I have been trying to make an appointment for several weeks, I call every day at 8 am, I wait in line for 40-50 minutes only to be told that there are no more appointments available today. It's been like this for a month, no chance to make an appointment with a doctor. It was the same with my son. How is it possible that for a month you can't make an appointment with a doctor. I can't get any help from this clinic. I can't make an appointment with a GP, let alone a specialist, although I have the same problem for the second year. I am disappointed .

    I would give zero stars if I could. Called and 8:05 and pressed 1 to be in the que. Got a call back at 10:03 which I missed due to being at work and not being able to answer right away. Called back immediately: 'You are caller number 1 in the que''. So far I have been caller number 1 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have been trying to book an appointment to get a referral for over a week now. The appointments are always gone by the time the phone is answered, or they call back once my turn in the que comes. Been advised to go on NHS app to book the night before - NOTHING. Regardless of when you log on, there are no appointments on there ever. It's a shame that local GP surgeries are not taking patients, otherwise I would have left ages ago.

    If I could rate it lower I would! The service is appalling here you have to be on your death bed to get an appointment and even then 111 is probably recommend by them.

    It's impossible to see a doctor at this practice, I rang the surgery at 8.00 am and I waited on the phone for 1 hour 10 minutes and when I got through I was told there were no appointments left and to dial 111. When I got through to 111 and gave my symptoms they sent an ambulance, what an absolute waste of NHS resources, is it any wonder the hospitals are over crowded when clearly patients go to A&E simply because doctors surgeries are not fulfilling their obligations to their patients. What happened to Duty of Care.

    Should be zero stars. Called to ask for an appt for my son to speak to a GP regarding his deteriorating mental health, as one of the GPs had said he should call if he felt worse. Duty doctor refused to see him and said to take him to A&E!! Unbelievable!!!

    As always, you call them at 8 am and wait 2 hours to hear that there are no appointments available. You cannot make an appointment for the next day, you just have to keep calling. This is a joke!

    After receiving a blood test result the doctor contacted me within 24 hours to make an appointment, unfortunately it is impossible to make one and I was promised the team leader would contact me . Unluckily for me there are no team leaders working, I waited in the surgery for 90 minutes while they ‘looked into it’ I gave up and left
