I’ve been going to Black Boots since it started business, I even remember seeing pictures of the floor going down when the founder was building it. The founder with his business partner always put the customer first. I’ve had full suspension geometry done here right down to a simple tyre change and the service, focus on safety and putting you first always shines through. I had a recent visit at Christmas and they (as you would expect) were very busy, reception staff couldn’t be more accommodating, in trying to fit me in at this time of year, when they got backed up, they moved me again and made sure I could get my car done. The waiting area is comfortable, has drinks, snacks and a TV on the go with reading material and the workshop team always keep you up to date on the progress and when finished provide advice and suggestions (not for sales) but for your safety. Top team of people there and I’ll continue to be a regular visitor for all my tyre, suspension and car needs.
