Excellent estate agents! Was really let down by another estate agency due to which our purchase didn't go through. Then we bought a house through Black and Gold who really have the buyers interest as top priority. Quick to respond, quick to get updates from long chains (ours was from London to west midlands to all the way in Ireland). Really ON IT! In the current mortgage climate, they really helped us push through with the chain so we keep our MO. Suzi H was an absolute legend at progressing everything through, it really went down to the wire for us, but Suzi made sure the chain didn't break and we moved into our lovely new home! Would recommend buying/selling through them 100%

Black & Golds is probably the best estate agents in the UK never mind just in Shirley! What a fabulous team they are. Suzi in particular has been gold and patiently guided both myself and the seller through what became a challenging process (the solicitors!!!). I cannot thank her enough and the rest of the team. If you would like a honest, professional and friendly service then you will be in safe hands with Black & Golds- all future properties will be purchased and sold through them going forward and I have already recommended numerous family and friends
