    AVOID!!! Emailed the previous night about a car and was told it was still available and ready to go. Rang the previous morning before setting off, still available and still ready to go. Drove 2hrs to find it covered in unadvertised damage, no MOT and couldn't even take it for a test drive as it hadn't been "checked over" I'd avoid this garage and take your money elsewhere

    The car I purchased back in October 2021 an Audi A1 1.4 . After about 2 months of having the car it was checked over by 3 different garages I was advised the car had been in an accident previously I was shocked by the news by the mechanic looking inside the bonnet of the car next to the engine a few of the wires had been put back incorrectly and near the engine a plastic cover had split. The left panel had been replaced and resprayed also missing was the s line badge on the left handside. The air con was never working switch was broken and the air con pipes under the car were burnt twisted and not put back correctly this caused the pipes to melt and drop and now there held up with straps fitted from a garage this and many other issues cost me alot of money to fix purchased this car for £7,850 and all I've done within the last 9 months is fix these issues and there still ongoing they were not advertised in the add this was very misleading! I'm so angry and frustrated on how you as a trader and your advert was misleading on autotrader you were fully aware when you purchased the car cheap the car had multiple issues so you passed it on to the customer the car is not worth the money and you benefited from my hard earned money.
