AVOID AVOID AVOID! This trader is a Scam! After selling me a faulty vehicle he tried to get it fixed by the warranty company! But they refused as it is the dealer's responsibility for the first 30 days of the sale. After He tried to fix the car, his idiotic mechanic did Not use the timing tool for changing camp shafts and rockers, so the car got into limp mode! The car is a 19 plate Mercedes E class absolutely useless! After 3 months of fighting, to take the vehicle back the finance company had to take it back and he didn't take the responsibility! This Romanian dealer is Scam! Avoid in any circumstances and promises! He lied for the number of the owner's, for service history for everything possible, just to sell the car!

DON'T BUY FROM BITU AUTO LTD!!!! Do NOT buy ANY car from Bitu Autos Limited, Unit 3 Kingsbury Works, Kingsbury Road, The Hyde, Middlesex, NW9 8UP as they are completely dishonest and lie about the condition of their cars. I paid £8,999 for an Audi S5 Convertible 2010 which they assured me had ‘no faults’ and their advert said was ‘perfect had a 6 month warranty’. I had a short test drive which was ok then decided to purchase the car and driver back to Manchester. After about 45 minutes of driving the ‘suspension’ fault light came on, followed by the ‘gearbox’ fault light and I noticed a knocking from the front suspension. I phoned them back and they assured me the car was OK and to take it to a garage for an inspection and they would pay for any repairs under their warranty, which is basically them saying ‘it’s got a warranty’. The car has the following faults: 1.Front suspension is knocking 2.Gearbox Warning Light 3.Suspension Warning Light 4.Driving Lights Warning Light 5.Sat Nav not working – No Satellite been received 6.Air Con not working Now they are refusing to take the car back or pay for the repairs under their ‘Warranty’ which is worthless. I will issue in the small claims Court to recover my money but please do not buy ANY car from Bitu Autos Ltd in London as they are not honest or truthful about the condition of their cars. It's clear all the reviews praising the 'dealership' or 'garage' have never even been there as they operate from a backstreet body repair shop! They take pictures of their cars from nicer area 1.7miles away to fool people into thinking they are reputable, so don't be fooled by their nice pictures on Autotrader! They operate from a shady back street body repair shop, go on Google Street view and you can see their back street operation so DON'T BUY FROM BITU AUTOS LTD they are dishonest!!!

DONT NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! I bought a Range Rover sport from them reg “GY14 LUR” and it is not road worthy at all it has been bodged up. I have managed to take the car back now but I am still owed money and Alex Bitu owner of the garage is refusing to pay it back. Please do not buy this Range Rover he claims a couple of things has been fixed but I have the report of what’s wrong with the car and it is valued at 9k with all the problems it is not worth the hassle. The starter has been bodged aswell claims it’s an anti theft but it is not they have rewired the start button and cut a hole in the dash for it. Please please stay away from this garage at all costs as you will end up with a non road worthy car and no money.
