I would like to say a good point of Southampton Council and that would be their webchat team. During the time the golden ticket kept blasting music from 11pm to 6am every night, those on the team were very kind, considerate and understanding. One particular person I found to be extra kind would be Thomas, it is a real shame that others in your office are so evil. One person who stands out to be extra evil would be an Emily Biggs, know that your name and complaint response is on my poster. My list are the names of those who I aim to shame. Nick
