What a rubbish unhelpful woman at the counter, asked her if she could breakdown some €50euro notes to smaller denominations, 5-10-20's as it is easier paying in lower no.s..she said NO, and gave 3 different reasons, FUNNY AS IT HAS BEEN DONE FOR ME BEFORE, poor service.

I have been to this Post Office several times. Each time, I have been met with a very awful attitude from the staff. The woman in this shop is okay, the man however is very rude. I will not be using this post office again.

The couple who run this Post Office are two of the rudest people I have ever met! What a contrast to the lovely people who run the PO in St Denys Rd.

Went in with wheelchair user. Took 45 minutes to get photo copies and send letter as special delivery. Staff were slow and failed to do as requested. When we commented on this we were told we were wrong and made to stand in que again. Very unhelpful and rude, told my service user she obviously hadn't asked right then told her she was deaf when speaker didn't work!!!!!!!

Service was very bad. Woman was horrible behind counter. Went in to get my energy bonus and was told they couldn't give me cash. It could only go on a payment card. I showed her the letter which clearly says cash as I pay my electric bills with an app on my phone to British gas and was just told she wouldn't do it and go somewhere else. This woman was horrible.

Friendly and welcoming post office staff, no queues and very supportive with a awkward request. Went out of their way to help me!

I politely asked if I could pay some money into my account at the kiosk rather than at the post office. I didn't think the man heard me so I rephrased it. I was met with silence, I had to guess it was time to put my card in the pin reader and had my receipt literally thrown down on the counter with no "here you go" or "thank you". I literally do not know what I did wrong to deserve that treatment. Sad to think what this store and post office has become over the years as opposed to 20 odd years ago when it was Martins and the Bitterne Post Office.

I had great service. Yes there was a queue and it took a while, but that is the same for most post offices.

Went into the post office today so my daughter could buy a toy with her pocket money, as soon as my daughter picked the toy she wanted the man shouted at me and said "do not touch the toys, can't you read the sign". So I said " what if I want to buy it" and his reply was "well she touched that ball as well". So I said to him with that attitude I will be taking my custom elsewhere and then he called me rude!!! Honestly the audacity of it! My daughter left the store crying her eyes out! May I suggest that maybe in future you shouldn't put the toys right near the till or maybe not sell toys altogether if children aren't allowed to pick them up to buy! I will not be returning here EVER!! This isn't the first time I've had poor service but the first time I put it down to maybe the guy having a bad day! But clearly not from reading all these other reviews! Your customer service is shocking and if I could of given a lower star review I would of!

Possibly the most poorly run and inept post office I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.
