Now owned by cab my ride. Awful. Turned up 15 mins late. Return journey 15 mins also late. I rang to say late. No apology so called another cab. Can't speak English and no idea where going. Female on own so was concerned when didn't turn up.

Booked a taxi, well in advance. To be rung when it was due, and told that the driver wouldn't be coming for 40 minutes as was "stuck in traffic" Looked on Google maps - no traffic - this company had obviously just sent the driver on a more expensive job. Rubbish, rude customer service and won't be using again.
