My dad has been through the grievance procedure due to issues at work.. they employed Bitesize HR (Lucy Clark) as we requested the grievance be re-investigated as the original process was a sham. The re-investigation was a sham.. incorrect processes were glossed over, decisions were made in the companies favour when Lucy couldn’t even prove one way or another (even though we had a detailed log of events), there were plenty of discrepancies and bias opinions in the response and information from the company was clearly lies (in written form for all to see) yet my dad was STILL made out to be the bad guy in the process. She badges herself as impartial - far from it.. I would have thought as a expert in her field she would have seen what was written in front of her and made it clear that the company needed to be held accountable for their countless mistakes causing my dad undue stress. Money talks as opposed to Employment Law clearly..
