Stunning service from beginning to end! Highly recommended! I contacted Bitcade to enquire whether they could sell me an item that they didn't actually stock on their website at that time - an empty pinball cabinet - shell only. They were very fast to respond to my initial enquiry, gave me all the info I needed and allowed a couple of slight customisations to the spec they provided, once I was sure it was what I wanted. Communication was regular and prompt, emails were professional and friendly from Ethan in customer service. I was very impressed by response times and allowances for my additional requests. The pinball cabinet was delivered within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry, which is very fast considering this was a custom item. It arrived on time (as indicated in both email and text message), fully palletised with plenty of shrink wrap, exterior cardboard protection and bubble wrap covering all internal and external pieces. It arrived in perfect condition and was clearly very carefully packed before leaving their warehouse. After unpacking the cabinet, I was suitably impressed with the quality and workmanship. For the money I paid, I felt I had something that was incredibly good value - I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. I now have a Williams widebody replica cabinet, which I can use to build my own virtual pinball table. It's saved me a lot of time and money, compared to doing it myself. So, in terms of customer service, quality of goods, shipping time and packaging protection - they get an A+ from me in all categories! I will definitely be back for more products from them - their arcade machines also appear to be of the same high standard.
