I've been visiting Bistro 1 for 24 years. They have been a favorite of mine for almost my entire adult life. I've gone there for dates, casual meals, special events, all sorts. You're fed well, The food is fresh and clean. House wine is good. The prices are fantastic and have moved surprisingly little in the time that I've been going there. Restaurants like this are rare gems, let alone in such an amazing location. Please go here, regularly :-) you won't be disappointed and it means they'll be there for another 24 years of my life and more. Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from - moussaka is good!

Very nice ambience and excellent service. The bistro1 has a great location with outside sitting area and amazing mezzes. The place is very popular for tourists and Londoners!. The kitchen has the flavours of the Mediterranean and Turkish cusine. They also has a great cocktail offer 2 for £15.90

Not the best Turkish in the town for sure. But my score comes from that they don’t offer much option without contaminated with pork products. Not Kosher or Halal friendly. Because of that, we ordered Meze platters which none of the mezes were home made and they filled the base of the plate with lettuces and put the mezes top of the lettuces to show plate full. Come on, mezes are the cheapest thing, do not fool the people with lettuce. We ended up going a pizzeria right after leaving bistro 1.
