Absolutely hopeless. I have tried multiple times in the past 2 weeks calling both numbers to speak about placing an order - they don't pick up the phone. And they don't respond to text messages asking politely for a call back. Just one text telling me when they can deliver..... I am afraid that doesn't cut it. Rubbish service. And yes we are all busy.
