We initially wanted our children to participate in judo for the well documented physical benefits associated with the sport. However, we quickly found that BSJK provides so much more than this. The passion and commitment shown by Joe and Nicole shines through in every fun filled session and we cannot praise them enough for the impact they have on our children’s lives. They teach them discipline and respect, instil confidence and promote a positive mental attitude which helps them enormously in their day to day lives. Testament to their dedication is the wonderful group of children we see at the club who are polite, hard working and kind to one another on and off the mat. For us, BSJK is more than a just a sports club, it is a Judo family.
