Very quiet site during our stay. Some traffic hum from the A-road about ½ mile away, but not loud. Pretty flat ground, but quite hard and stoney - bring heavy duty pegs. Pitch size was plenty for a 4m diameter tent plus guys. Facilities were ample for the site, purpose built, and as good as I've found in the UK: much better than the average Bodge-It-Yourself converted garage/shed/sty. Not over-priced at £25/night for two.
