    Dreadful place, our dog went in for a with a beautiful full curly coat of hair that just needed a wash, groom and trim in certain areas and came out practically bald!! Why would you shave a dog without owners permission and in winter!!!!! They had all details of what we wanted on their system and couldn't be bothered to call us to ask. I wouldn't give a single star, but unfortunately I have to, never going back.
