There okay, I wouldn't say they are great, I wouldn't say there not the receptionists are brilliant and always welcoming, the vet not great, took our dog in get neutered the day allowed him to go for a walk his has really bad runs and not till I notice they gave him completely different food to what he is on! We had tried and tried to past 6 months finding the right food and we finally found it, now we back to square one now due you giving him wrong food and giving him bad diarrhea, shouldn't be giving dogs different brand/food straight away you need to slowly introduce them to different food so they can digestive it and it takes 10 day circle, now my dog for diarrhea. Now we have to slowly give him his normal food him his normal food, just another suggestion royal canine food not great at all already tried it the best one is wainwright's or ava
