Firstly I can't leave a review for the rooms as we didn't stay the night but going by the level of service, the comfort of the tea rooms, the cleanliness of the wash room and the quality of the food, I would expect the rooms to be of an excellent standard too! We were treated via a gift voucher to an afternoon tea for two. What a lovely treat it was. On arrival, we were asked if we would like to sit inside or outside. The garden was beautiful with views of the river severn and hills beyond. Due to the midday sun, we chose to sit inside. We were asked what we would like to drink. I had a pot of tea, and my wife had coffee. Shortly after, a full stand arrived comprising of sandwiches, toasties, quiches, sausage rolls, prawn cocktails, and patê. It was delicious. we ate everything except a couple of sandwiches which we couldn't manage due to reminding ourselves of dessert. We were offered another drink, and again, tea and coffee arrived, followed by another stand with a jaw-dropping masterclass of cakes, brownies, and scones jam and clotted cream wow!! The scone was exceptional and the best I've ever had! We didn't (couldn't) finish it all, so we had all that we had left boxed up for supper. Wonderful experience one to repeat and highly recommend. Thanks to all at Bishop Percy's.

Was treated to afternoon tea here by a friend who'd been given a voucher as a Birthday gift. The building is lovely. It was one of the best afternoon teas I've had, couldn't eat it all but got to bring it home. Unlimited drinks, beautiful fresh food including a small cup of soup, quiche, sausage roll, sandwiches, scone, cake, biscuits. Definitely worth a visit.

Food & drinks: Cutlery and crockery were filthy with old food deposits and cup appeared unwashed. After long wait we decided to leave and got a refund after explaining about filth

Need more staff and focus on clearing tables but good soup. Nice if it's sunny and dog friendly.

My friends treated me to Afternoon Tea here as a surprise for my birthday. What a wonderful gift. The location is quirky in a building dating from 1580. The staff were so helpful about attentive, unlimited hot drinks were a bonus. As for the food - so tasty and a good range of savoury and sweet treats. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends and hope to return soon. Many thanks 😊 Vegetarian options: There ws a good selection of vegetarian sandwiches and a vegetarian sausage roll Dietary restrictions: They were happy to cater for gluten free diet
