    I had been to this place for couple of times now but this time I came back with nothing but utter disappointment. First of all the service, you have to wait 30 mins by default doesn't matter what you order and how many customers are there. You have to remind the waiter twice that you have ordered food and at the end you will pay a service charge for this pathetic slow service. Now coming to the food, both the times I have tried Biryani (both chicken and lamb), on my first outing I spoke to the manager and said the Biryani taste was good but it is VERY DRY.On my second outing I ordered Hyderabad chicken dum Biryani but it was horrible. This time it was SO MUCH DRY as if each piece of rice grain has no connection with other rice grains. It was so cold and felt like 80% cooked, had to struggle to chew the rice.On top of that the chicken drumstick piece was smelly. I wouldn't recommend this place for Biryani.

    Cost and quantity wise need some improvement. Otherwise food taste is good. Buffet should restart with nominal price like Reading Tandoori and Gulab restaurants
