Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely appalling management! Rang at 7am on the dot and sat on hold for 45 minutes- at which point the hold message changed. “We are sorry you have experienced an unusually long wait time. Please call back at a less busy time” and the call ended!! Kicking me out of the queue! Same thing happened with my dad who was also on hold for over an hour. Still not managed to make an appointment as of course when you ring at a less busy time, all appointments are taken.

if I could I would give these zero stars it's absolute joke was ment to have doctor call Wednesday no call so phoned them wed night said doctor had gone home that someone call me 9.30 this morning no call again lack of care in this place is unbelievable
