Leonie is an amazing lady who over the last few months has helped me gradually overcome phobias, fears and anxiety I have felt over pregnancy, her techniques are so relaxing and comforting and sometimes a little emotional (in a good way) she also takes her time to listen to your concerns, worries and what you want to achieve, the room she uses to work with you is perfect too! It’s cosy, relaxing and smells amazing! I can’t wait to start my pregnancy journey and have Leonie as a part of it 🙂 thank you for everything xx

I had a fantastic birthing experience and I have got Leonie to thank for this. I will be honest and say that I was a little sceptical about hypnobirthing but the sessions I had with Leonie were fantastic and were so beneficial; they made me feel prepared for the birth of my first baby and I felt like I understood the different stages of labour. The techniques I learnt meant that I gave birth to my baby boy with no pain relief which is something I never thought I would be able to do. Having my husband come to the first session with me was great too because it meant that he learnt the breathing techniques etc and could support me throughout labour. I would 100% recommended Leonie and can’t thank her enough for preparing me for birth so brilliantly.

OMG where do I start!! Hiring Leonie was the best thing I ever did for both my births. I felt in full control for both of my boys. The advice and reassurance she gave was unbelievable. Her knowledge was like WOW!! She also has this amazing community network that I absolutely loved so I could meet like minded women wanting the same things. I can truly say that if it wasn't for Leonie I don't know what I would have done. If I ever had a third I will definitely be going back. Me and my husband attended the four session hypnobirthing course with Leonie. I had heard positive things about hypnobirthing and was really keen to try this for my labour. Leonie was warm and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. When we discovered that our baby was breech she offered helpful suggestions about things we could try and made local recommendations. She also enabled me to access the breech hypno/relaxation track. Sadly our baby did not turn, and initially I struggled to adjust to our new birth plan of a c-section, but hypnobirthing helped me to make peace with this and visualise my new birth. As it was, life took over as it does, and our baby was born, healthy and not requiring any additional intervention, ahead of time in an emergency section. I was scared and initially alone when they made the decision, rushed me to theatre and carried out the preparations and spinal block. However I remained calm through this, and was able to attend to the medical professionals around me and keep grounded in the moment. The hypnobirthing I practiced is still invaluable to me, as has been the friendly contact Leonie has kept since our baby was born. If there is a second baby, I certainly will return for some top up sessions and practice hypnobirthing again in the hope that our second delivery goes differently.
