Recently Lance did some work on a couple of my Breitlings and he was very knowledgeable and helpful and continues to be so even after the work had been done. Finding a legitimate watchmaker that you can actually speak to in person is almost impossible now days. I genuinely wish I had found Lance sooner, it may have saved me £thousands in jewellery shop charges.

Lance has done a few repairs on behalf of a friend. He’s a great guy - really friendly and knowledgeable. Responds in a timely manner and is easily contactable on WhatsApp. The repairs have included straps, clasps and movements so a wide range of work. Mostly notably, Lance was able to source and replace a movement that the manufacturer couldn’t even replace! Cannot fault his service. If you need a watch repaired, make him your go to!
