Psycho Path
One of the worst places in Birmingham, staff moved me far away into barely even a flat that used to be a garage behind a shop and they moved me into a room where the tenancy still belonged to a woman who hadn’t been there for weeks, all her stuff was still there and she came back 1 day screaming and shouting in my face, the staff moved me out to another property but they let my PlayStation get stolen without doing anything about it, no support at all and they pester you for service charge like it’s extortion

I'm not giving it one star, its just because there's no 0. I'm 19, and I left London at 18 to get an apprenticeship in Birmingham. But now I live with excons who've been in and out of prison and people with severe mental health problems. The only positive about this is experience is that I've gained muscle but I did so to protect myself, cos you never know. I've been living like a HMP brudda, ALL MY FOOD is in my room, I eat in my room, I workout in my room, EVERYTHING THAT'S MINE is in my room. Even smelly clothes stay in my room cos the probability of it being stolen is SUPER HIGH. When it reaches dark, I stay in my room for my saftey

This is one of the ONLY genuine supporthousing places in Birmingham. Not only do they actually provide support, they are using the housing benefits money to help do what so many scumbag conartists don't. They care. I've lived in 11 supported housing places and it's absolutely DISGUSTING how people can let vulnerable people live without any basic human rights. I was left starving and ignored by the fake support worker while I had no medication food or hot water for months. It's really important to know that majority of these agencies are liars who push ppl into signing forms that give thousands of pounds for support but you end up in a dangerous unsafe place. This one is real. They are hard working and I can't express how much I am grateful for the help and support they gave. I wish I still had their support.

I have to lock the door at night for my own safety as so many tenants move in and out every week . They let a mentally ill tenant with schizophrenia live here (they didn’t do a security check) and she ended up giving the address out to a lot of men (of course during her episodes she didn’t know what she was doing. So myself and my housemate lock the doors at night . I’ve woken up this morning to see that someone has removed the lock completely and living well won’t do anything about it .

All these fake reviews are a joke. This place is absolutely awful, they work their staff like slaves and pay them peanuts. They put their staff in very risky situations with no training and no consideration for their well-being. The management are extremely unprofessional and look down on you If you don’t appease you their non-professional “values”. Avoid at all costs!!!!
