This review is to personally credit Shameelah for the outstanding level of ongoing support she has provided to me since I have been in contact with Women's Aid (October 2020). In the two instances that I have had the pleasure of speaking to Shameelah, she has provided more support, clarity and direction than that of any institution or support workers I have been under since I was made homeless in June 2020. Each time, she has gone out of her way, above and beyond what is required of her. Shameelah is extremely professional yet empathetic and compassionate at the same time and her support has encouraged me to do better with my life. Her support has positively impacted my mental and physical health as well as my economic well-being at a time where I felt I was in complete darkness and for that I'll be forever grateful. Shameelah is a real asset to Women's Aid because she has those humanitarian traits in her personality that are a rarity to find and cannot be taught to others. I hope if possible Women's Aid will read this email and kindly reward her for her efforts, that would be very much appreciated. I also wish her every success in the future, she deserves that and more.
