I had arranged an appointment for my wife to explore possibilities for a suitable treatment. On arrival parking required manoeuvring so my wife went in. After parking I followed in order to be with my wife who very much wanted me to be with her for support and company. We have always supported each other during medical appointments. It is incidentally every patient’s right to have someone of their own choice to accompany them for medical appointments. A member of staff answered the door, I asked to be taken to where my wife was waiting. I was told “patients only”. Fortunately I saw my wife in the waiting area and I told her that it’s patients only. She was upset and said to me that she wanted me to be with her or leave. We got up to leave, as we were exiting a member of staff approached us and said that because it is a CQC requirement they can’t allow anyone other than the patient in the clinic. My wife told this staff member that she wanted her husband to be with her. She was told that she should have asked for permission for this. I reminded this particular member of staff that as a professional person it was her basic duty to ask if the patient needed someone to be with her. We left feeling utterly disillusioned at poor professional practice we received at this clinic. We will be making a complaint to the CQC.

I'm in the process of getting tattoo removal and have been coming to the clinic for the past 2 years, with about 8 weeks, sometimes longer between sessions. Treatment can be expensive but for me personally it has been worth it. Jade, who has treated me since my initial consultation, has been fantastic. She was a huge in factor in why I chose BPC as she made me feel comfortable and at ease straightaway, and has continued to do so every session since; it's an easily overlooked, but really important part of the job when you consider those monetary cost of treatments. I always look forward to my sessions with Jade despite the expected discomfort that comes with the treatment.

Very bad experience. Not professional. Girl s, an unprofessional clinic is horrible for those of us who want to be beautiful. Every time when u arrived on time, they will let you wait for more than 15 mins. They don’t know which laser suitable for you. I did layzer three times in here and only last one worked. The first time I did picosure and bought the product here that recommended by the staff (staff told me she will bring me a cream after treatment so I thought it will be free but charged me £80+ Only 30ml) and then I got face allergic, I sent pictures to them but no one here told me what to do, I sent message to them they said it is normal and still continued booked Picosure for me on the second time. But I’m sure I booked picoway. The third time they still want to do picosure, I told them no I need picoway this time so they changed picoway and it worked but only one time no enough for me. After the third laser treatment, the staff said she booked an appointment for me and I can come back after 1 month and see what to do next. After 1 month, I have something emergency so I send them message before the appointment time to cancel and reschedule appointment. Do U know what happening? They ask me to pay £25 deposit because As “we have lost 45 minute treatment time today “ But I sent message before the appointment time, and every time when I arrived on time I have to wait 15+ minutes. How can I waste your time? won’t try any treatment here.
