Appalling customer service. I purchased a trial set, the lock was faulty and after putting my own trial frame and equipment in the case it stuck, it would not open. I contacted BO and was met with accusations that I had forgotten the code. (To prove this I went through every single possible combination, 1000 of them!) They then insisted I send the product back, (which cost me just shy of £50, the value of the set plus trial frame etc needed insuring). I later found on their website that they should have offered to collect the faulty product from me at no cost to myself. They sent me a replacement set, which when it arrived the case was damaged, cosmetic but still damaged and not something they could have sold for full price. I am still waiting for them to return my equipment to me. They have cost me dearly and treated me badly. So very disappointed. AVOID!
