Very negatively impressed to see that to use the toilets you need to pay 30p in cash (only), except if you are a disabled person (for whom it is free of charge). So, if you do not have cash, this facility does not offer a toilet for you. In my opinion, that is terrible!

Staff have no manners both drivers and assistant. The driver for the 15:00 777 bus today was extremely impolite, impatient and frankly rude when I asked for some help about getting to the destination. This put me off from getting on the coach. Afterwards, a young dark-skinned travel assistant working by the stands randomly approached me by the ticket machine in a rude manner yelling ‘ WHERE ARE YOU GOING!?’ what kind of service have you got going on? Won’t be coming back again, the two staff deserve a sack.
