I've just got off the phone with the central call exchange regarding a case. It's taking around 13 weeks for Birmingham Family Court to process documents etc and if CAFCASS are involved then it's a further 14 weeks on top of that. Apologies if this information is distressing but I felt it's better that people know what's happening especially desperate parents trying to get contact with their children etc. Love and solidarity to you all and hope you're getting all the help you need.

they are horrible and unprofessional, they are incompetent and they defend those who cheat the law…🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ they don't know what the law actually means!!! they sit in their offices uselessly and do absolutely nothing for the citizens to be safe, it is simply a disaster but not justice!!!! a petition must be written against this useless court and sent to parliament it is impossible to bear injustice anymore🤦♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤯🤯

If I could I’d give it a 0…. Terrible customer service on the phone. You wait ages just to be spoken to and when you do speak to them they are extremely rude and in a rush to get off the phone. Not helpful at all. They keep telling us to send emails with any questions which we have done over one month ago! In the last month we have sent 3 emails and a letter to the court and no response. Very disappointing! Ironic how this is meant to be a justice centre….

Would give zero stars if i could. Many jusges here that need to recuse themselves and step down as judges immediately. Biased judges that dont really look into family history and they believe all lies told by social workers who are stealing children from happy homes also known as State Kidnapping (google it people!!) Corrupt and Ignorant Judges as follows: HHJ Thomas, District Judge Gailey - who refused to believe domestic abuse and aided an abuser to abuse further using the law, and another Judge who cannot be named at the moment but i will update my review to reflect the name soon, as soon as I can confirm this judge is actually Biased.
