We cannot speak on behalf of Spiritist centers as we are a Buddhist center. Our teachings focus on the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, which are the core beliefs of Buddhism.

    Good for the body and soul. Triratna tradition. There are yoga classes on most days at the centre. Including Iyenger yoga. Check the website. Short 1 hour meditation classes take place online on Wednesday and Thursday. Longer meditation sessions are available.. Check out the website.
