Called up the engineer who was in Solihull, near me. The man looked at my hotpoint oven for about an hour trying to get it sorted, which he luckily did. It needed a new part to the oven but he said he had one with him so he fitted it there and then. Great value for money, it was 10x cheaper than buying a new one from currys like my hubby wanted to!
