Try calling these a numerous of times as the bifold door doesn't open at all. Had to call a local double glaze fitter to adjust doors. Poor customer service never mind the fitting 😉

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! How on earth is this company allowed to trade!!! We placed an order with them for aluminium windows and paid a substantial deposit. A month went by with no updates on the progress of our order, we chased for updates but Manj the director made excuse after excuse and then totally ignored all our calls, whatsapp messages and emails. We emailed cancelling the order second month in. We are now 4 months down the road and still have heard nothing from them and have not had our deposit returned. It’s only because of the rep Jason that we agreed to do business with Birmingham Aluminium Systems, BAS. We had known him reasonably well from the company he had previously worked at. Unfortunately he seems to be no better than Manj, he has also ignored all our calls and messages. We have come to the conclusion that Birmingham Aluminium Systems is a scam. Manj will most likely say that he has never heard of us or that we are fake!! like he's already done with other customers who post unfavourable reviews. We are called A14 Glass Rooms based in Northamptonshire. We should have checked the history of this company before any money was transferred, it was stupid of us to have trusted Jason as we now feel he was part of the scam. If you value your hard earned money don't do business with these people!!

We ordered 5 x arched windows with this company in July 2022, we paid a 50% deposit of just under £8000. We were told the lead time was 8 weeks, which our client was very happy with. After contacting this company on many occasions looking for updates we heard nothing about what was happening with our windows. After 3 months we made the decision to cancel our windows and we asked for a full refund, as our customer cancelled the job with us. We contacted Manj on many occasions but we were ignored. To this day we are still owed our deposit of just under £8000. Please use this company at your peril. We have some big orders in the Birmingham area and Birmingham Aluminium Systems would of got this work. But Not Now..

Starting with a detailed survey of the work required in which everything was explained in detail which really gave me confidence in choosing BAS.
