It says international airport but its not of international quality. It is lacking proper signs for like trains and buses. Even during check in it is missing info about gates. For the security there is always huge line and after the security there is huge waiting room but there are not enough screens. There are decent shops in the waiting lobby. There is also lot of construction going on so its bit busy at the airport. I think it's not very big airport. Gate announcement is happening quite late.

Waited 15 mins just to get steps to the plane. Then told couldn't walk 200m to Terminal and had to cram on a bus...which took longer than the walk and the luggage STILL hasn't made it to the carousel...the word 'brewery' comes to mind. BHX, you need to try a lot harder!

Doesn't deserve one star. I got stung for £49.00 for under an hours parkingwhich is a major RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so seriously unhappy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... would advise any one visiting to use the furthest car park away from the airport
