    Went in because I’ve been struggling w my mental health for 4-5years and was speaking to a student for 45mins and then the doctor comes in at the end saying stuff i hadn’t even said and very clueless since he hadn’t been in the room and basically dismissed everything i said and talked down to me and just said it sounded like adhd when it was the first appointment and he hadn’t even been there.

    There must be a change in staff. As in early October my husband died suddenly in NGH. And the staff I spoke to at the surgery where most apathetic and uncaring whereas previously whereas they were most caring and kind. I would have reported it to Dr Heatley the senior partner. I have been with the practice since 2009 and very satisfied with the care both my husband and I received from the surgery.

    What a joke of a practice, when you are able to get a doctor they talk down to you and are condescending, telling you go online and look this up then you'll understand!!! They view patients in the way of statistics and have no interest in treating you as an individual. Are happy to allow patients to suffer and remain in pain. Oh they will pass you on to the hospital but in the meantime while you wait suffer we don't care. These doctors have no compassion for you so don't expect it. It's full of staff and doctors that view you as at best inconvenient to them at worst a liar and treat you accordingly. These words are my views and opinions on the service I have received over the last two interactions with this practice.

    Close this place down I love have thay have to ask ever time not to be nasty to there staff but its understandable why people are when Thay mess up your meds Send them to the wrong place Dont even send them Send wrong ones Also when u been waiting over a week for something witch you was told it be ready for you still isnt a few days latter then your informed oh ye we not done it and thay try and blam you when you have done everything that was asked of you thay just never asked u for the important stuff When you have to call 300 plus times to try get thow for an appointment When staff are rude to you and not willing to help Honestly iv never had a gp practise as bad as this one the amout of lies i get told is a joke been told of yes we put you on the waiting list and i wasnt on it like come on Only good thing was my 3dr coverd jab thay were really good with me

    Doctor requesting that I do another blood test so ive rang to book it for three weeks time for the receptionist to say 7.40 in a weeks time, no to early what about four weeks nothing sorry five weeks then ? sorry nothing....anything after that nothing again so I said I'd speak to the doctor when I have a phone call from them on the 19th of thos month for her to be clever and say we'll you won't get one off the doctor so my replie was well they won't get any blood then and thanks for your help darling goodbye how very very ignorant...I'm BP is through the roof hence phone calls and bloods every four weeks , these receptionists need sorting out they are not GPS its going down hill fast this doctors, no wonder patients are leaving the practice
