**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** After 3 faulty deliveries of the Birlea 4 drawer chest from April. I am still waiting for my attempted delivery ( failed twice). They keep on fobbing me off saying they do not have delivery drivers in the area or they can’t come due to it being a 2 man delivery. Do not take the risk.

It was a very bad experience. They could never deliver the frame I ordered. Postponed 3 times, shipped to the wrong address. All they do is apologising over the phone. Which is useless. At the end, once again I acknowledge the greatness of Ikea. For your family peace, stay away from them.

Well I don’t know what to say…. I bought the phoenix ottoman bed for my daughter and let’s say it was interesting to set up. I am very experienced in DIY and I thought it would be easy to set up as it came with everything. Looks are deceiving! The hydraulics gave me a headache and a half, the instructions weren’t correct and neither was the video. Overall it seemed like a good bed, but you need to be determined to face a challenge to build it. Perhaps if the company offered a service where you could have people to help build it at your house it would make it a lot easier…. I guess this company is a hit and miss according to other reviews.

Im not happy with this company delivery at all. Give me three dates for my bed to arrive but on all three dates it doesn’t arrive. I even spoke to a manger and he told me my bed will arrive today but it hasn’t arrived so he’s clearly lied to me. This is such bad customer service

Avoid this company, bought a double ottoman bed that arrived with split pieces of wood that had been glued back together, this wasn't noticed until the frame collapsed on one corner after one night. I sent pictures over showing the glued pieces and snapped wood where it had failed. I was told this was my fault for using the bed on laminate floor, even though the pictures of the bed is advertised on laminate floor, and I guess the pieces glued themselves after they split? Absolute joke, the bed is no longer suitable for use after one night.

I have just purchased a Birlea drop leaf dining table and 2 chairs and I’m very pleased with them. I had a heavy pine table and chairs and they were getting far too difficult to handle (me being 80 and disabled ). My only disappointment is, I wish I’d got the option to get 2 additional chairs for family to join us.
