Had one of their doors fitted 5 years ago and it has now developed major problems. Even though it was still under warranty they will not honour it as they claim it wasn't fitted by one of their official installers. I have tried for nearly a year to get them to help me - as others have said their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on! Avoid!

Very old (15 years) garage door started to become faulty. Hayden and Sol came at the end of the day very cheerful even though they had been busy all day with long drives, quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me where it was and discussed the options. Fixed the problem quickly and made unrelated adjustments that fixed a long-standing issue we had had. Very happy.

Good product, mistakes on survey, long lead times and poor installation. Bought two products a composite door and a garage door. Ordered in May 2021 received delivery of the door in September 2021 after a delay in shipping, however the door was not correctly surveyed or installed. We specified repeatedly a low threshold door for disabled access. The first installation of the door left us with a cill that was unfinished and a slope that caused water to flow into the house and a lip of over 2 1/2 inches high, preventing my mother from accessing the house safely. The first installation of the garage door left us with bubbling on the laminate which was replaced. This mistake took over 3 months to rectify where the door was lowered and the difference in height up with packing spacers and a considerable quantity of silicon sealent. This could have been avoided with more attention to detail and clear communication. Also noticed a significant quantity of fake reviews by employees so lost an additional star, if your going to make a fake review at least use a fake name!
