I purchased a chair from Jack as a telephone order. Jack was polite and professional and called me back regarding carriage costs. The chair was ordered, but through no fail of R Yates or Jack it to a lot longer to arrive. Probably due to the Christmas rush and numerous strikes everywhere. The item although late was packaged exceptionally well and the chair was scratch free. I also received a very kind gesture via Jack on behalf of R Yates due to the late delivery. I will definitely use this establishment again.
