Great company with great people. Customer service is amazing but with some minor slip ups. I bought an Aeris 9 frame-set with wheels and suspension and headset. Great quality on the frame and super plush ride feel. The bike is able to eat up everything and still pedals like a dream. The Bird headset is well made with very good sealing to prevent water ingress. Even though I’m not running the wheels tubeless, they come fully tubeless ready, just throw some TR tyres on and add sealant and you’re good to go. Couldn’t be happier with this bike.

This company is pretty awesome. The level of customer attention and service is pretty much unbeatable. I'd say if you're interested in buying one of their bikes, you probably should! There were a couple of niggles with my bike build, but the response from Ben, Clark and the team was out of this world. Pulled out all the stops to make things perfect. Which I have simply never experienced before from any cycle trader. I now have a my dream bike, that I am yet to push beyond its capabilities, and that I'm looking forward to riding hard for years to come. Would likely buy again off of Bird in future. Have been left with an astoundingly positive picture of them as a trader. Essentially, you can't lose if you buy from them. Thanks again Team Bird! Happy trails!

Went in to Bird in Eversley with the expectation of just dropping off my Aeris 120 for an assessment of the derailleur. Dan and James were super friendly, thought would be a ‘5 minute job’ to fix the clutch. 3.5hrs (and lunch at Blackbush) later, new derailleur was required and couldn’t resist a bunch of drive upgrades. 5 star service. Even got a coffee!

Ordered the blank rigid fork to replace a klunky (but decent) rockshox 35 gold rl with 120 travel. The steel rigid fork with a 505 a2c, tapered steerer and boost spacing ticked all the boxes. It looks great and is very affordable. Oh, and the customer service is on point, thanks y'all.

I’m not someone who writes reviews but had to write something about bird. Completely consistent with all the other great reviews below. It’s rare you come across a business that has such an excellent 👌 product and attitude. I have purchased 2 bikes now; aether 9c and recently Aeris. Awesome bikes; Ben and the team are so helpful. Always sort any detail out for you; nothing is too much and recently helped me add some kit to my order without any fuss (albeit this was a bit of a pain for them for sure!). I’ll keep buying their bikes as long as they keep making them! 5 star ⭐️

Fantastic bike and brilliant customer service. I have a Bird Aether 7 and it is by far the best bike I have ever owned. Dean, the chap I was liaising with during the purchase was super helpful and a really nice guy. He helped me chose the right components for the bike and communication was great throughout the whole process. Even gave me a follow up email to check how I was getting on with the bike. It’s great that you can pick and choose the parts you want and have it built to your own spec, a service that is overlooked in the bike industry. The bike itself is a piece of art, super plush travel, the geometry is perfect for both climbing and descending, and it feels really stable in the air. The raw aluminium finish is just gorgeous. It’s also nice to support and own a bike from a British company, made with components of my choosing, rather than an off the shelf one made by a massive company that you see six of when you’re in the trail car park. Needless to say, can’t recommend this company enough and my next bike will definitely be another Bird.

Almost everyone I know who has either tried or demoed a Bird bike has bought one, they just ride that well. Their enthusiasm for the sport is also very evident in their approach to customer service, warranties etc. 👍
