Turned up 3 hours early for the quote without checking first, my husband and I were working from home so it wasn't convenient. We went ahead despite this but again turned up earlier than scheduled. They then had a dispute with my neighbours as they'd decided to use their driveway without checking first. He refused to do the job on the agreed day as he'd had to send his colleague home. I couldn't comment on his actual work as we didn't rebook.

Cowboys. Cut my tree from my neighbours garden. Nobody informed me they were coming. Cut the branches back to the truck didn't touch the neighbours 40ft bush in the air. Didn't put any shape on the tree just cut every branch on the neighbours side back to the trunk" now the tree is lopped sided, didn't care there were birds nesting in the tree. Cowboys, no tree experts at all Didn't even cut the branches cleanly. Hacked at it.

Quoted for the job, turned up on time did a great job of removing the tree including the roots, left the garden and the road outside where they were grinding up the remains of the tree immaculate. Price quoted was price charged and nice guys. I will use them again in the future.
