    I have been drinking Birchall peppermint loose tea for quite some time, its definitely the best on the market. I decided to send some as a gift to my daughter in law. Not only has it taken 5 days to process and dispatch my order, thats before it gets to the royal mail go slow, she hasn't received it yet. I ordered on the 4th Jan, it was processed on the 10th January. I'm just a little disappointed how long it took before it was processed. Hopefully my next order will get better now we're finished with Chrismas?

    I bought a box of Breakfast Blend when I had my holiday in Lake District. When I’m home I found that quite some tea bags are broken hence leaking. I emailed their CS to let them know, as there could be that batch having a similar problem. They responded so quickly and even sent me a new box of tea as a goodwill gesture. Amazing level of service. Last but not least - the tea is very nice too!
