I’ve used Charles birch for over 30 years with little to complain about in all that time . I however find I’m often at odds with the new way the accounts department operates. There is no recognition of or leniency towards a company that has a proven record of paying bills . I do my paperwork quarterly and sometimes there’s a period when I’m a bit slow in making payments the previous accounts department would give me a call for payment and that would be that. This new way of operating where my account is frozen and legal action threatened seems a tad brutal . It seems to me that a short phone call would be more appropriate and time saving than 4 or 5 threatening letters . Perhaps they are just lazy
