Dont waste your time After accepting a job through an agency with this company I was delighted to be given a position. Everyone seemed so friendly and I was told I would be working in the mould shop. As this type of work was new to me I was to be trained by experienced members of staff and was fortunate that I already knew two people. However after learning 4 of the 6 machines I was surprised that few members of staff have worked there more than 3 months . I now know why. After working 4 shifts, on the fifth day if 12 hours I was struggling to keep up on one particular machine that I had just started learning on. A guy checking my work complained that the standard was not good enough although I was new to it. Then soon after my female supervisor mentioned it again the factory manager arrived to help. His idea of helping did nothing for my confidence as everything that I did was handed to me to do again. Later I complained about this to another member of staff as I felt so disheartened with it . Within an hour of my comment I was called in the office and told by the manager that this was not the attitude the company wanted and that after 5 days I should have learnt everything . I was told I was no longer required and was expected to work to the end of my shift which I declined and left immediately. Any expectationsI had for this poorly managed company have now gone and I would not recommend them .

THE 3 REVIEWS BELOW ARE THE AGENCY GUYS THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!! They work with... not at... biopure. JUST TAKE A LOOK ON THEIR REVIEWS TO SEE THIS. To anyone looking at this because you are going to work here think again! This company will miss treat you in all aspects, you are not entitled to a full break you will only have the same amount of breaks as the 8 hour shift if your on the 12 hour shifts. There is a company turn over here that is beyond any company I've ever seen or heard of, the management are extremely poor from my own experience of working here for an example I felt bullied by a supervisor so wrote a formal letter that I had help from a manger from another company to write to insure that action would be taken accordingly and then was accused of being the bully and sacked because I wasn't a permanent employee and suddenly I went from the victim to being the bully that at first found very odd considering 2 days before hand in the meeting to discuss this they apologised and said I was welcome back then on my 3 days off received a phone call from the agency saying I'm sacked, so I called Rob the manager of operations to disscuss this situation and found myself being over ridden with lies and when I tried to have my say the phone was hung up... So to that I called human resources in which the kind lady said that it was actually the supervisors decision and that they would rather get rid of an agency worker for no reason then a permanent supervisor for bullying. They are extremely unprofessional and will bully you as I was one of many this happened to people used to make the joke that I was a veteran to the company because I lasted the whole of 3 months very rarely do people last any longer the a few weeks here and alot of cases not even 1 or 2 days. This is a review to protect you innocent people trying to earn an honest living. if you experience this same situation then write a review and get this company put to shame as they deserve. Or better find a better job you'll be better off P. S if your male don't go on the day shift in the mouldshop you'll be discriminated against by the female supervisor. Hope this saves some nice people upset.!
