Loved the concept so much that I removed my gas burning fireplace and replaced it with one from Bio Fires. The owners and their team are so helpful and knowledgeable, and give great advice. I've been so pleased with the ease of use, the ambience created (and the warmth too, of course!) that I've recommended it to friends and family, and now we're all enjoying warm, cozy winters. And I even have a table-top burner for outdoor use on summer evenings - fabulous!

Very happy with our small burner from Bio Fires. We had long considered reinstating the open fire in our Victorian converted flat but with other priorities it was difficult to justify the cost of chimney lining. The burner provides a good flame and some supplemental heat for less than 10% of what we would have paid to reinstate the fire. It was win-win for us.
