Food looks amazing. Staff service is rubbish. Stood around for 5mins waiting to be served when you have 2 staff talking to each other. Cornish pastry £2.50 cold, £3 hot 😂😂😂 50p to put a Cornish in the microwave for 1 minute??? Ellisons in cullingworth is 10x better for service and they don’t charge for heating your pork pie or pastie. Such a shame.. that the business is let down staff and over pricing.

First impressions are of a Great Deli and Butchers shop, premium feel Very impressed with the quality of the Bacon, Award winning sausages a lovely texture, would have preferred more seasoning as they were pretty bland Shin Beef was very good quality We also got another few items all were top quality, apart from the chicken breasts in my opinion, huge great things that shrunk alot when sautéed Deli I was shocked, style over substance on everything I bought, but worst of all and the reason I'm leaving this review the pork pies were appauling pastry overcooked Dry affairs, hardly any geletin and zero seasoning at a premium price. Scotch eggs, this was a hearty scotch egg with no finess, big handful of sausage meat, round an overcooked egg with packet breadcrumbs and very little seasoning which cost around £4 off the top of my head. , we bought 9 pies all were the same on that particular day, maybe an off batch, either way awful Butchery side I'd return, Deli forget it I'd give the Deli 0 stars if I could Awards are only as good as the day they were given, shame as everything looked lovely
