Incredibly beautiful place to stay! Carolyn is a lovely person and goes above & beyond in hosting. We loved seeing her gorgeous horses and appreciate that she takes care of them so well, and the rooms are spacious and cozy. It’s about a 15 minute drive from Highclere and 20 from Newbury Train Station, however, it can be challenging to get a taxi from the B & B, so it would be ideal with a car or prebooked taxis of some sort. Highly recommend!

A stunningly beautiful B&B with wonderful grounds in the most picturesque village. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable and it is very reasonably priced. The breakfast was really delicious and Caroline was really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Caroline for a wonderful stay.

Had a lovely night here, peaceful and quiet. Caroline was great and provided a tasty english breakfast in the morning. Wifi worked a treat, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I'll add that if you're a fan of horses you'll especially love the place as Caroline has plenty.
