I recently used Bingley Windows and Glass who replaced four large windows across the front of my house. My neighbours used them a year or two previously and recommended them to me. They didn't pressure me at all when they gave me the initial quote – just basic answers to my questions and a price, which was very competitive, so I went ahead. Like everyone they were busy but the lead time was only a few weeks and they came and took a full set of measurements, after which I had to pay a deposit. This was the only part of the process I was unsure about but I was able to pay by credit card just in case. A week before the installation I got a friendly courtesy call to make sure I was ready, which I thought was a nice touch. I got another call on the morning too. The fitters covered all my carpets in plastic sheeting and worked non-stop without a lunch break. They were very professional and just got on with the job with no fuss and the minimum of disruption. They almost finished in the day but came back the next morning for a short time before making sure I was happy with the work. They left the house totally clean and tidy. The windows have been in for a couple of weeks now and I'm very pleased with them. They look exactly as I'd hoped and the fit and finish is extremely good, especially where they've applied sealant, which looks flawless. My house definitely feels a bit warmer and quieter compared to the old double glazing they replaced. So every part of the process went well and I was treated like you would want when spending a lot of money. Any complaints? To be honest, I can't really think of anything. Would I use the company again? Definitely.
