I have been registered with this practice since 1976. It has always offered an excellent service; now it is in purpose-built premises with additional treatment facilities and a very good in-house Boots' pharmacy, so it is even better. I have had several age related medical problems and needs over the last few years, all of which have been diagnosed and dealt with efficiently and with excellent professional care and thoroughness. The practice has to cope with all the current NHS difficulties, but still manages to offer a decent level of service, apart from the long waits to get non-urgent medical appointments, which seem to be inevitable at the moment. The practice has a strong commitment to keeping people healthy, as well as treating them when ill. There is regular monitoring and good record keeping. There is also the benefit of continuity, as team members seem to stay with the practice, in my experience of it. Both the medical practice and the pharmacy are welcoming and helpful; it is a very pleasant environment.
