  I would not recommend this company at all. The timber is of very poor quality, lots of the timber was split, had knots holes in and wrapped. Some of the shiplap panels were to high and nothing fits as it should.

  Placed on order on 5th April, order arrived on 28th April. Only the floor and one roof piece arrived, reported missing prices on 7th May. This request didn't get approved until 11th May, then got another delivery date for 5th June. Rang up to get it moved forward as apparently my parts where ready( the excuse for the wait was they had to remanufacture my parts as they were given to another order after they realised they didn't deliver the full order!). Got another delivery date for 24th May, at 2pm on the 23rd May that delivery date got cancelled and delayed with no known reason nor another date. After being on the phone twice daily since 8th May, I've given up and requested a refund but I've first got to wait for them to arrange collection of the six pieces before they can arrange a refund! Absolutely avoid, I put an official complaint in just to hear "we are sorry, this rarely happens." But this company has made no attempt to fix the issue and seem so unbothered. What a waste of time.

  Not happy at all. My elderly mum placed an order on Monday for a furniture set. Not only haven't they sent any emails for the information or guarantee. I rang them to give my email address and still havent sent an email. But also got a text saying it was out for delivery yesterday and to expect it to be delivered between 17.20 - 19.20. And after waiting in all afternoon it didn't get delivered. Would like to know what's going on and if it is getting delivered. My mums livid. Edit: Given another delivery time and finally arrived.

  I am a builder and ask to put one of these sheds together,,, absolutely appalling workmanship. Do not bue these sheds,, as for the instructions,,,,, minimalist information, diagrams none really and no real photographs,, lucky I have common sense to erect shed. Really need better assembly instructions a bit like IKEA. Double doors too small,back panel missing, base floor not correct, I could goon and on,,,, definitely not worth £1300.00

  Ok lets be honest Billy Oh is attractive because of the price. For us significantly cheaper than other companies. We ordered the Tianna. Ordering was fine and cabin arrived within four weeks. Slightly annoying when contacting company new order enquires are quickly dealt with suspect other enquiry options are outsourced possibly overseas so service not as helpful. Quality of product is Good we went for cheapest option thinner panels but they are fine you will probably need to add a flooring if you are using cabin a lot. Instructions are poor and it is frustrating identifying all parts particularly those with similar names. Two heads definitely better than one. However it went together very well ( being honest two days about 10 hours) I am reasonably competent with DIY. We had no damaged items and are very pleased with outcome. Instructions aside for the price for us it is a great product. No I do not have connection with this company. I understand they have a huge turn over and so poor reviews will appear. After hesitating on purchase because of reviews very happy we went ahead with purchase.

  Absolutely ridiculous. The quality is awful, the box organisation is awful, the instruction layout is awful. Never purchasing products from BillyOh again!

  I thought I'd leave an honest review. As a builder i was asked to put up a 5.1 x 3.6 shed. We will start with the walls. Twisted timbers: difficult, if not impossible, to create an upright corner, let alone 4! Some lengths had the notches cut in slightly the wrong place making it very had work to bend, twist and assemble. The mortise that had been cut in the apex for the purlins were too deep by 12mm and not exactly finest joinery quality. There were only 3 cut on either end of the shed not the required 5. We had to cut the other 4. The purlin themselves were only 4x2, which is far too small on a span of 5m. 9x2 would be required for building control! This gave the roof a characteristic shed roof sag from day one. It was like a trampoline with my brother and I up there! The shed felt was a bit rough on one end of the roll but nothing we couldn't get over. We were getting used to it by this stage. The floor went down OK but some of the boards were a bit rough. We really could have done with another 2 boards as we were a few inches short of reaching the other end of the shed. (See photo.) The windows and doors went on OK but the trim for up the middle of the doors was several inches short. (See photo). The fixings came in one bag all jumbled together. My dear wife spent well over an hour sorting this out! The trims for the interior were probably all there, but I will never know as the instructions were very vague and lacked measurements and dimensions of which trim was to be used where. I was able to finish the shed, its in a usable condition and I hope the owners enjoy their use of it.

  Absolutely shocking service from start to present (I can’t say finished). After waiting four months for delivery then not be able to put the penthouse together because the instructions they sent were wrong although they were adamant they sent the correct ones. Finally someone noticed they were actually wrong and sent the correct ones. Then when we come to fit the doors these were too big for the penthouse, contacted customer service who sent out a replacement. When these arrived they were also the wrong size. Despite sending photos and receiving 3 lots of doors including ones with no window gaps, we gave up fighting with Billyoh (which has been for nearly a year) for the right doors and have had to have someone in to cut them to size to fit. Right from the start we requested that they came and collected the items and issued a refund which they point blank said no refund would be issued. All emails say it is not like them to get things wrong, which clearly reading through the reviews it certainly is. They said my account and all correspondence would be sent to complaints department and sorted, I won’t hold my breathe for a response to that one. Absolute joke of a company and we will never order or recommend them to anyone.

  My elderly perants bought a shed costing 900 pounds and it came with no instructions and they rang the purchasing company 4 times to be told they would email a link and they didn't I rang to complain krybotech and they told me they would send me the link and they did not iam furious that they have left two 75yr plus pensioners with a shed they spent a fortune on still flat packed with no help and rhe quality of wood is terrible so very thin and full of warped wood

  Website shows a completely different price to what it actually is , called the company and was told I was wrong , so I sent a screen shot and even then was told it’s not what their website says at their end ! Simply a scam company who advertise low prices then when you try and order they tell you it’s a different much more expensive price ! Avoid unless you don’t want to be ripped off !
