This company has just been recommended to me. Bank Holiday Sunday, no hotwater due to a tripping customer unit. Called them and they promised to send someone out within one hour. An electrician arrived within 55 minutes. Within an hour, we were up and running again. The problem was that the previous electrician had not done a good job fixing the socket. This happened less than one year ago when we had our extension completed. I can honestly say that I was not expecting such amazing service. It was like playing Russian Roulette, when you have to desperately dial random numbers from Google Maps. It is not a good situation to be in. I didn't expect to get it resolved in 2 hours. I recommend This company.
