    I had come off my bike in a bad crash and was worried that my bike was damaged and not road worthy. I popped into the shop last minute on Thursday ten minutes before closing hoping to drop it off for a quick safety check. The young guy fixing bikes notified me they were too busy to take it right now which was understandable but that he would call the other shop and ask. He did this quickly and told me the shop would wait past closing time for me to drop it off - brilliant service. As I was about to leave someone came out who I'm assuming was the owner and said he would take the bike and work on it personally early next morning. Fast forward to Friday afternoon and I received a text saying the bike was ready for pickup which is top-notch service and turnaround. When picking the bike up the same guy ran me through everything that had been fixed and even gave me a quick lowdown on disk brakes as I'm fairly new to them. Again this was very close to closing time and the guy was still full of enthusiasm and genuinely happy to help and talk me through it. I've cycled close to ten years now in Glasgow and been in all the bike shops for repairs and this is hands down the best service I've had. Can't recommend them enough.

    Recently purchased a new bike for my daughter from Neil at Billy Bilsland Cycles. Neil was amazing. His customer service was fantastic and he made my daughter feel special and grown up during the whole thing. My daughter had identified a bike and Neil let her take it for a test run around the park. After that, purchase of the bike was guaranteed. They finished setting up the bike that very day and we took it home. She has been out and about on it almost every day and she loves it. Also, thank you for the recommendation on the derailleur protector. This will definitely come in handy and keep the drive train protected. I will absolutely be buying from Billy Bilsland again. You guys are now my go to bike shop!!!

On the day he explained everything I needed to know and even fixed my lock bracket for me. Communication and service was excellent.     I have had 2 cycle to work scheme bikes (road & mountain) and was helped throughout the journey by the experienced staff. They are always helpful and have serviced the bikes annually to keep them in order. They are not cheap but are competitively priced for good quality that will last.
