Went in today 28/10/17 , the black guy with tattoo in his neck was so rude, when I came in store is empty and he’s on his phone talking, the. As I’m looking around comes and tells me off for moving the clothes on hangers.. when I just move them to side to look at the print. I didn’t lift them up of take them off the hangers😂 tell me he would have to “I have to keep moving them to look neat, so can you not move them please" first of all the store was empty so what is he getting paid for just being at the store talking to his mates on a phone? Appalling quality clothing. These clothes shrink in the wash. I've just discovered that my son's brand new BBC shorts that cost £100 are not pre-shrunk so they need to be either dry cleaned or cold washed and the label warns they will still shrink anyway. Ripping young men off with fierce and clever branding but not delivering quality is not cool. Not pre-shrinking cuts out stages in the manufacturing process and piles up more profits for this brand. I wanted to post this to warn people to read the washing label and make their own decision. Definitely a case of a brand blind-siding its customers.

Wanted to buy the running dog cushion today, but they don’t take Amex, and I forgot my pin for my debit card… Not really a problem… Until… Well, as mentioned, i went especially to buy the cushions, the staff who served me was nice, but when I came to pay, I didn’t realise that they don’t accept Amex, so I tried to pay with my debit card, but I forgotten my pin… at the same time a couple of the staff friends came in, they were chitchatting while I was still trying to remember my pin… after a few minutes I gave up and told the staff members I’ll come back in about 30mins (I was meeting a friend, he would have paid for me) and as soon as I said that the friend of the staff said “I bet he’s not gunna buy it” she said it loud enough for me to hear, so I’m guessing she wanted me to hear it… and to prove the friend right, I didn’t end up going back to buy it… not that my one purchase would make any difference but thanks to the friend you’ve lost a sale… so all in all a bad experience.
