I would just like to say how helpful and efficient Billingshurst Recycling Staff are, especially Bruce and Sean. Whenever I go there with my cousin, they are unfailingly polite and help us with all the unloading of our recycling. When you are OAPs these things are very important to us and they never make us feel that we are being a nuisance. Sharon Manson

Only get help if you ask and even when you park in the disabled parking no one comes and offers help. Sometimes the workers (use that term loosely) will tell you whete to take yhibgs but they will look and watch you struggle with an item. I've had more help from the public than the staff. These days you can understand flytipping as it pay extra for this or that from tyres to batteries. It's called an amenity tip but at the end of the day its nit run by WSCC it's a business. It also now seems to be staffed by immigrants on one assumes lower paid income. Otherwise, it the local tip and is what it says on the tin.

Some people seem to have had negative experiences with the staff, I've always found them polite. Queue is always a lot shorter than Horsham, which is the main thing for me.
